An article published this week suggests, and I happen to agree, that napping after lunch is good for you, and helps with learning. Can you imagine schools acroos America allowing our teenagers to nap after lunch, or better yet, your boss calling for a mandatory nap? Maybe this is what we need to chill out some during that day, and help improve both quality of life and our mental health.

Could not agree more! Maybe that's why I've always enjoyed Mexico, and all the cultures who actually do this every day!
Coming home from holiday to my many scuba diving trips where we always took a nap after our first 2 dives, it was hard giving it up. I always felt better and had more energy after my afternoon nap.
Doubt our culture will develop to include naps...but just dreaming about it is relaxing :). Liz Carter
